Where it all Began

The story of 73 Estate begins at Haveli No. 73 in Narnaul, Haryana. Deeply connected to its land, the Haveli has been home to generations of cherished traditions, family values and a gracious culture of hospitality.

Here, food was an expression of care, rooted in the pleasure of hosting and the rituals of everyday life. From the preparation of family meals to the traditional churning of fresh butter, the kitchen held a special place in the life of the Haveli.

The Haveli stands to this day, preserving the memories and customs of generations past. It is from this inheritance that 73 Estate was born, carrying forward a legacy of food, craftsmanship and hospitality to tables beyond its walls.

Craft of Estate Butter

Rooted in the culinary traditions of Haveli No. 73, the process begins with milk, transformed into curd and cultured before churning. Inspired by the traditional Bilona method, it carries forward a legacy of patience, care and thoughtful preparation.

Through rotary churning, Estate Butter is crafted to an 84% butterfat standard. Microfixation further refines its texture, creating finer, more uniform fat crystals that lend the butter its exceptional smoothness, consistency and delicate melt.

Made with purpose. Meant to be savoured.
